Everyone at Brooks Eye is very professional but also has a sense of humor, which really helps in a situation that can be stressful for most people. Brooks Eye Associates is the most remarkable superbly run Ophthalmology center I’ve ever encountered. The moment I check in at the from desk for my appointment I am always greeted with the most warm and kind welcome. There’s never an exceptionally long wait time even with it being a busy office. No matter how short the wait time is, ie: 15 minutes, the technician that calls me back is most apologetic. The professionalism, kindness and top notch bedside manners continue throughout the diagnostic testing, doctors exam and billing. Every person on staff has A+ rated professionalism.
