Cataracts Treatment at Brooks Eye Associates

Cataratas

Cataratas Las cataratas se producen cuando el cristalino del ojo se nubla, lo que dificulta la visión. Nuestra cirugía de cataratas consiste en extraer el cristalino opaco y reemplazarlo por una lente artificial transparente, conocida como lente intraocular (LIO). Este procedimiento suele ser rápido, seguro y muy eficaz para recuperar una visión nítida.

LASIK

LASIK La queratomileusis in situ asistida por láser (LASIK) es una cirugía refractiva muy popular diseñada para corregir problemas de visión como la miopía, la hipermetropía y el astigmatismo. RLE

Intercambio de lentes refractivas (RLE) Es un procedimiento similar a la cirugía de cataratas, en el que el cristalino natural se reemplaza por uno artificial. Es una alternativa eficaz para pacientes que no son candidatos para LASIK. La RLE puede corregir una amplia gama de problemas de visión, incluida la presbicia, y ofrece una alternativa duradera a las gafas o lentes de contacto.

Cirugía de párpados

Cirugía de párpados o blefaroplastia, Es un procedimiento que busca corregir los párpados caídos, los cuales pueden afectar la visión y hacer que parezca mayor o cansado. Esta cirugía consiste en extirpar o reposicionar el exceso de tejido alrededor de los párpados, lo que resulta en una apariencia más juvenil y una mejor visión periférica.

The moment I check in at the from desk for my appointment I am always greeted with the most warm and kind welcome. There’s never an exceptionally long wait time even with it being a busy office. No matter how short the wait time is, ie: 15 minutes, the technician that calls me back is most apologetic. The professionalism, kindness and top notch bedside manners continue throughout the diagnostic testing, doctors exam and billing. Every person on staff has A+ rated professionalism.
